The new series documents her new weight loss efforts, and the launch of her new weight loss products company. During the interview, she denied allegations that her company Organic Liaison has financial ties to Scientology, and discussed the paparazzi and the incessant tabloid scrutiny of her weight. Kirstie Alley Today Show Video 3-16-10 Interview

Here is the Nick Schuyler Today Show video of his interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer on March 4, 2010. He discussed his new book, Not Without Hope, which chronicles the University of South Florida football player’s experience as sole survivor of a boating accident a year ago, off the coast of Tampa Bay, Florida, which claimed the lives of NFL Oakland Raiders linebacker Marquis Cooper, free-agent defensive lineman Corey Smith and former South Florida player William Bleakley.

In the interview he talked about the unfolding events and aftermath of the ill-fated fishing trip and how he managed to survive more than 40 hours until rescue (picture above), and his subsequent months of dealing with the aftermath of the deaths of his friends. He attributed his survival to his determination that his mother not have to face his death.

Here is the Harry Markopolos Today Show video of his Monday, March 1, 2010 interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer, discussing his new book on the Bernard Madoff $65 billion dollar investment fraud and Ponzi scheme; ‘No One Would Listen: A True Financial Thriller,’ which chronicles his nine-year whistleblowing investigation of the scandal.

During the interview, the accountant and derivatives expert turned fraud investigator and whistleblower discussed his long-term efforts to alert the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about the Madoff investment fraud. He noted that due to the billions of dollars’ worth of untaxed money and organized crime involved in the investment scheme — he termed it a “global conspiracy” operating in 40 countries — he feared for his own life, carried a gun, and that if contacted and threatened, he would not hesitate to kill Madoff, if it came to that. Robert Pattinson Today Show Video [Interview] 3-1-10

Here is the Apolo Ohno Today Show video of his Sun. Feb. 28, 2010 interview with Lester Holt broadcast on the final day of the Vancouver Winter Olympics. The U.S. speed skater has earned a career total of eight Olympic medals, making him the most decorated U.S. Winter Olympian in history, surpassing the record set by speed skater Bonnie Blair.
