Here is the Snopp Dogg Buzz Aldrin Rocket Experience video, lyrics and photos and behind the scenes video. The Buzz Aldrin rap video featuring the second man to walk on the moon and Snoop Dogg, the Grammy Award winning hip-hop icon in an unusual and entertaining collaboration, with the newcomer MC assuming the stage name Doc Rendezvous.

The video was directed by Hollywood director McG (Terminator Salvation) via FunnyOrDie.com. Also contributing to the production are Talib Kweli and Soulja Boy. The Snopp Dogg Buzz Aldrin Rocket Experience lyrics are by Lisa Cannon.

The impetus for the video is both as commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Buzz Aldrin moon walk when in 1969 he became, after Neil Armstrong, the second man to walk on the moon. Additionally, The Buzz Aldrin rap video is intended to reach a wider audience of young people to interest them in space exploration, science and technology. The Snopp Dogg Buzz Aldrin Rocket Experience video is also available as a download; a portion of the profits are donated to the SpaceShare Foundation. Additionally, there is a mock behind-the-scenes look at the 79-year-old former NASA astronaut embarking upon his career as a rapper with coaching from Snoop Dogg and production from Talib Kweli. The mockumentary video features cameo appearances from Soulja Boy and legendary producer and composer Quincy Jones who cite Buzz Aldrin as their musical and artistic inspiration, with Jones speaking admiringly about the Buzz Aldrin moon walk.

For his part, Talib Kweli explains his involvement in the production: ‘I was shocked when Buzz hit me on Twitter and was like “Yo, I’m working on this album…’” He wanted to get more of an underground feel, so he had to bring me in….Buzz Aldrin is so gangsta.’

Buzz Aldrin aka Doc Rendezvous sums it up: ‘I’ve only got two passions. Space exploration and hip-hop.’ The Buzz Aldrin rap video is evidence of the latter and of the former, he has released a new book: Magnificent Desolation: The Long Journey Home From the Moon.

Here is the Obama Radio and Television Correspondents Dinner video. President Barack Obama delivered an entertaining speech at the June 19, 2009 annual dinner. See the full video, transcript and photos here.

The 65th annual dinner organized by the Annual Radio and Television Correspondents Association as with all previous dinners was characterized by its roasting speeches, and Obama more than lived up to the challenge. His speech preceded the keynote speech by humorist John Hodgman who called Obama ‘the first nerd President of the modern era’ (which you can also see the John Hodgman speech video below.)

Noting that the guest list for this dinner did not equal that of White House Correspondents Dinner, which typically draws numerous celebrities and Hollywood stars he began his speech saying, “Why hang out with celebrities when I can spend time with people who make me one?”

Referencing the recent fly killing incident during the taping of a news interview (with the Obama kills fly video going viral) he said, of his health care reform efforts, ‘”It proves true the old expression that it’s easier to catch flies with honey. And if honey doesn’t work, feel free to use an open palm and a swift, downward wrist motion.”

Regarding the widely circulated photo of his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel riding a camel during the recent trip to Egypt, he said during his address, “I admit, I was a little nervous about the whole situation. I said at the time, “This is a wild animal known to bite, kick and spit. And who knows what the camel could do?”

The Obama Radio and Television Correspondents Dinner video also reveals the President joking about the auto industry saying he had teamed up with his friend and supporter Oprah Winfrey to come up with a plan: ‘If each of you will look under your seat you will find that you get a car company. And Fox, you get AIG!’

Furthering his send-up of the troubled industry, he said he had no ambition to run an auto company: “I’m not the salesman-in-chief. And GM will rise or fall on the quality of its products — like the taut, athletic design of the new Buick Enclave. It’s French-seamed leather and warm wood tones make the Enclave more than transportation. It’s a modern driver’s retreat. Come on, work with me here. I’ve got cars to move, people!”

The Joe Jonas Single Ladies video was a sure bet to become a viral video sensation, as it features him following in the pathway of others, including Justin Timberlake on Saturday Night Live, in a black leotard dancing to the entire song from beginning to end, after some initial prodding from brothers Nick and Kevin.

According to MTV News, the viral videos are part of the promotion of the Jonas Brothers’ highly anticipated highly anticipated fourth studio album, Lines Vines and Trying Times, is set for release on June 16, 2009 worldwide. They are also in the new musical comedy sitcom JONAS on the Disney Channel. They are on Twitter, on Facebook, and now, one of them, has joined the leotard clad Single Ladies army.

Most likely, leaving the leotard behind, Joe Jonas and the Jonas Brothers World tour kicks later this month with former American Idol Jordin Sparks and Honor Society as supporting acts. Here is the Obama White House Correspondents Dinner video. President Barack Obama delivered an entertaining address at the May 9, 2009 annual dinner. See the video, transcript and photos here.

The event which is a celebration put on by the White House Correspondents Association took place at the Washington Hilton ballroom and was attended by approximately 2,500 journalists, politicians and celebrities.

The president launched into his series of one liners by saying that he was going to speak off the cuff, as two teleprompters were raised up into view, with loud, comical whirling sounds. He said to the crowd, “Most of you covered me. All of you voted for me.”

He acknowledged First Lady Michelle Obama by saying she was doing her part to bring the country together by helping people of all political perspectives to rally around the “right to bear arms.” The First Lady was indeed wearing a gorgeous fuchsia sleeveless dress.

One of his edgier barbs was directed at his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, saying, “This is a tough holiday for Rahm. He’s not used to saying the word ‘day’ after ‘mother.”

To Republican Party chairman Michael Steele, he said the party did not quality for a federal bailout as Rush Limbaugh was not a troubled asset.

He poked fun at himself, saying, “During the second 100 days, we will design, build and open a library dedicated to my first 100 days…My next 100 days will be so successful, I will complete them in 72 days. And on the 73rd day, I will rest.”

Lindsay Lohan has just released an entertaining viral video, poking fun at her recent breakup with DJ Samathan Ronson and the resulting tabloid and paparazzi attention it has caused.

“My name is Lindsay and I’m searching for love,” the 22-year old actress begins, “I’m recently single… I think. And I’m looking for someone who I can spend the rest of my life with, or at least someone I can spend the rest of my probation with.’

‘A little bit about me, I’m an actress, a singer, an entrepreneur and I single-handedly kept 90 percent of all gossip websites in business,’ she says, which is not much of an exaggeration.

As Michelle Collins at Best Week Ever notes, other celebrities have done well with such self-parodies.

In today’s day and age, nothing clears the celebrity slate faster than a famous person who appears in a tongue-in-cheek, highly self-aware viral video making fun of their own weaknesses. Paris Hilton did it. Zac Efron did it. Opie and The Fonzdid it.

Here is the South Parks Fish Sticks Kanye West South Park full episode video. The program aired on April 8, 2009; it is Season 13 episode 5 of the popular Comedy Central animated series. Watch the full video here and read Kanye West’s response below.

Although the voice of Kanye West was not used in the episode, the program parodied his larger than life persona in an extended joke about fish sticks crafted by Cartman and Jimmy as “the funniest joke of all time.” This leads the eight time Grammy Award winning rapper through a series of entertaining scenes in which he tries to decipher the joke and what it says about him in the South Park Kanye West episode.

The Emmy and Peabody Award winning show first premiered in 1997 and continues to present edgy and sometimes controversial comedy. The series co-creators and executive producers are Trey Parker and Matt Stone , along with Anne Garefino. As always, with the new episode, South Park Fish Sticks, the show continues its tradition.

UPDATE. Kanye West has responded to the South Park Fish Sticks episode on his blog. He begins his comments by saying (in his signature all capital letters writing style), “South Park murdered me last night and it’s pretty funny. It hurts my feelings but what can you expect from South Park!”

He went on to acknowledge areas that he feels he needs to grow, saying, ‘I just wanna be a doper person, which starts with me not always telling people how dope I think I am, I just need to get past myself, drop the bravado and just make dope product.’
