Kelly Clarkson performed in support of her highly anticipated forthcoming eighth album, ‘Meaning of Life.” It will be her first album released via her new record label, Atlantic Records. It’s also her first album since 2015’s ‘Piece by Piece.’ Previously, she appeared on the Today Show last year, performing her contribution to the ‘The Hamilton Mixtape, an album of songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Tony Award winning hit Broadway musical ‘Hamilton’ alongside other guest artists including, Sia, Usher, Alicia Keys, Miguel, Regina Spektor, Ben Folds and many others.

In a brief interview with Matt Lauer she spoke about her new album and the significance of its title, saying, “I feel right now in life we need connection, we need what that represents. The whole logo is a circle, no one is in the middle.” Continuing, she went on on to say, “And it takes this whole lovely crew you see to make this happen, and that’s the meaning of life.”

As noted, Clarkson performed her smash hit singles “Stronger” and “Walk Away.” She also performed new songs from her new album “Love So Soft” and “Move You.”
