Video is above. The Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer, in a rare late-night television appearance, performed the theme song from his original score of the BBC America program ‘Planet Earth II’ alongside Jacob Shea and Jasha Klebe and an orchestra. The series will premiere on February 18th.

He is set to embark on a headlining world tour which will include concert dates the U.S. where he will also make his first ever appearance at Coachella. The tour will kick off on April 14th in Los Angeles, California at Microsoft Theater. He will perform selections from some of his best known movie scores including Inception, Gladiator and The Dark Knight Trilogy among others.
