The festivities at the White House start at 5:15 p.m. ET [GMT/UTC – 4]. Use World Clock to determine start time in your time zone on October 31 or November 1 accordingly.

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama along with daughters Sasha and Malia and the First Lady’s mother, Marian Robinson, have welcomed Halloween trick or treaters to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue every year since 2009 with the exception of 2012, due to Hurricane Sandy.
