Here is the Phillip Phillips ‘Gone, Gone, Gone’ video. The official music video had its premiere on Feb. 15, 2013 in support of the second single of the singer-songwriter and season 11 American Idol winner’s debut studio album ‘The World from the Side of the Moon.’ Full video and details are below.

Video is posted above and was directed by Joseph Toman. According to aceshowbiz.com, he had this to say of it:

“It’s a celebration of life, and hopefully something that everyone can find something in to relate to,” the video’s director Joseph Toman said. The music video features home movie footage of couples, families and children, highlighting special moments in their lives.

“I wanted the video to feel generational, not just about the present, but the people before us that paved the way”….

Phillip Phillips is presently touring as a supporting act for Matchbox 20, whose song, ‘Disease’ he covered‘ during the America Idol season 11. As The Hollywood Reporter notes, Phillips drew the attention of the band and its frontman, Rob Thomas, who had high praise for his performance.
