Replay video of the live performance of ’93 Million Miles’ is posted above. Prior to his live performance he was interviewed by cohosts Sherri Shepherd, and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Asked about his smash hit, ‘I’m Yours’ — which made history as the longest running single on the Billboard Hot 100; 73 weeks — he said that it woke him up to the power of a song. He was to perform that same night of the interview in New York City at Madison Square Garden and, when asked, said he did not get tired of singing the song. He also talked about the length of his hair and said that his albums sold better when he wore his hat.

His latest album is ‘Love Is a Four Letter Word.’ ‘I Won’t Give Up’ is the lead single of the album and has become an international hit. Regarding the new album, he said he had written more than 80 songs and picked among them the tracks that were included. He joked that some day he would release a “huge annoying box set of all the songs.”
