A preview video is posted above. As noted, Stephen J. Cloobeck — who is Chairman and CEO of Diamond Resorts International, a Las Vegas, Nevada-based time-share corporation with properties in 28 countries — is the first executive to appear in a follow-up episode of the critically acclaimed Emmy-nominated reality TV show. After his first stint, going under a disguise and working with his rank-and-file employees (you can see video and a recap of that episode here), he is back under different circumstances.

This time, he has an interest in finding out how a new acquisition — a chain of resort properties — is faring. Thus begins the premise of season 4 episode 4, which finds Cloobeck in a new disguise — as Mark Largos, an unemployed construction worker seeking funding to start his own business — and a new set of challenging circumstances away from his corporate environment. This time, in addition to taking on a variety of entry-level jobs, he also poses as a hotel guest for an entirely new perspective of how his employees perform.
