The Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds rally kicks off the “America Forward!” tour, two days of nonstop campaigning in six states around the country. The President’s speech time is 11:10 a.m. ET (10:10 a.m. CT local time); see it in real time with the embedded live stream video player posted below. Later, the full replay video and transcript text will be posted below, as soon as available.

The stop in Iowa is, as noted, is the kick-off of the “America Forward!” tour of six key battleground states, and marks intensified campaigning in the aftermath of the third and final Presidential debate. The Republican ticket, Gov. Mitt Romney and VP running mate Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan are also campaigning extensively. The tour will take the President to Colorado, Nevada, Florida and Virginia, as well as a stop in his home state Illinois to cast a ballot in early voting. Various polls show he was considered the winner in the last debate, and there is speculation as to how it will affect the outcome of the election.
