The performance was in support of the the multi-Grammy winning country singer-songwriter and season 4 American Idol winner’s newly released fourth studio album, Blown Away. As noted, she sang the title track. Afterward, she spoke onstage with host Ryan Seacrest about her forthcoming tour in support of the album.
