Here is the Adam Lambert Better Than I Know Myself video. The official music video had its premiere on Feb. 3, 2012 in support of the lead single from Trespassing, the highly anticipated sophomore studio album by the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and season 8 American Idol runner up. The music video was directed by Ray Kay from the track produced by Dr. Luke which Adam Lambert co-wrote with Claude Kelly. In an interview with MTV News, he discussed the song and video:
“He admitted “Better” has a lot in common with his Pink-written top 10 smash “Whataya Want From Me,” saying, “There is something similar to “Whataya Want From Me,” and I think that’s the reason I’m really glad it’s the first single.
“Lambert said the song deals with the insecurities that come with being in a relationship. “[It's about] that moment where you’re like, ‘I need you, I love you,’ where you have to reassure your partner,” adding, “No matter what kind of relationship, everybody can relate to that moment.”
