J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff remained at the top of the leader board going into the performances last night, earning 261 pounds overall, despite Martinez’s injury and pain. Coming in second were Ricki Lake and Derek Hough with 257 points. Their samba earned a perfect score of 30.
