Here is the Mariah Carey Good Morning America video from Thurs. Nov. 10, 2011. The music superstar discussed her 30 pound weight loss after pregnancy in an interview with ABC’s Lara Spencer. Watch video and see pictures below after the jump.

She lost the 30 lbs. after the birth of her twins, Moroccan and Monroe with husband Nick Cannon. During the interview she revealed her extensive shoe collection and said that she had concerns after giving birth that she wouldn’t be able to fit into her shoes. She also said that while pregnant she tried not to look at her body and that the pressure to lose weight was coming from herself. With the help of the Jenny Craig weight loss program she was able to lose 30 pounds of baby weight in three months.
Asked about her goal weight she said that she wants to be able to fit into her jeans from the Fantasy video, and that to achieve the same figure she had in the Touch My Body video is a goal. She is now a celebrity spokesperson for Jenny Craig and commercials will feature her song, Make It Happen, which she said “comes from a real place.”
