Here is the Susan Boyle on The View video from Fri. Nov. 4, 2011. The performance of Both Sides Now was in support of the Grammy Award-nominated singer’s newly released 3rd studio album, Someone To Watch Over Me.

During the brief interview with co-hosts Whoopie Goldberg and Elisabeth Hasselbeck she was asked about how the past couple of years have been for her since her initial rise to international fame with a Britain’s Got Talent audition video that went viral and subsequent music career with millions of albums sold worldwide. She said, “It’s been a whirlwind. It’s been fantastic…absolutely fantastic. At times overwhelming but very good.”
She was also asked about her “posh house,” a new home she purchased in her hometown Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland. She said, I don’t sleep in it, but I use it.”
Asked who is watching over her, she said her mother.
