The President will deliver remarks on the America’s Great Outdoors Initiative which he established on April 16, 2010 to create a “21st century conservation and recreation strategy based on the priorities of American communities” which the Departments of the Interior and Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality are authorized to implement.
