The President will deliver a statement on the new trade agreement which the U.S. has reached with South Korea, pending ratification by Congress. It would eliminate tariffs on over 95 percent of industrial and consumer goods within five years. According to estimates from the U.S. International Trade Commission the elimination of these tariffs will increase exports of U.S. goods by 10 to 11 billion dollars.
