UPDATE: The President has made a surprise trip to Afghanistan, as reported by ABC News.

The President will speak about the newly released November 2010 jobs numbers. According to the Labor Dept. report, 39,000 jobs were added last month. The unemployment rate has risen to 9.8 percent, up from October’s 9.6 percent rate, representing 15.1 million jobless Americans.
