Here is the Susan Boyle on The View video from Tues. Nov. 30, 2010. The live performance and interview with co-hosts Whoopie Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd were in support of the Scottish singer’s recently released sophomore studio album The Gift.

During the live performance of O Holy Night, she experienced vocal difficulties and ended the song, telling the co-hosts during the brief interview that ensued that she had a “frog in her throat.” According to TMZ she went on to retape the segment for the West Coast broadcast. The new album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Susan Boyle will also be appearing on the NBC special Christmas in Rockefeller Center on Nov. 30 which will additionally feature musical performances by Mariah Carey, Josh Groban, Jackie Evancho, Sheryl Crow, Annie Lennox, Charise and Kylie Minogue.

She just needed to clear her throat and restart, but no time left at the end of the show. She did re-start and sing whole song for live audience to a standing ovation, and that was used on the west coast broadcast.
