Here is the Obama October jobs report speech video and transcript from Fri. Nov. 5, 2010. President Barack Obama addressed the 9.6 percent unemployment rate in a statement to the press at the White House Roosevelt Room at 9:25 a.m.

The President spoke about the newly released October 2010 jobs numbers. According to the Labor Dept. report, 151,000 jobs were added in October. The unemployment rate remain unchanged at 9.6 percent.
