In his speech on the economy, at Tri-C west campus in Parma in suburban Cleveland, the President will outline his administration’s proposal for tax cuts for businesses to encourage investment as well as a plan for a permanent and expanded tax credit for research and development. The speech is also a response to the Aug. 24 speech by House Minority Leader John Boehner at the City Club of Cleveland.
