The President will address an audience of 10,000 at GMU. It is his final public speech in advance of the House vote on the $940 billion compromise health care bill on Sunday March 21, for which he has delayed his trip to Australia and Indonesia. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the compromise legislation is projected to reduce the budget deficit by approximately $138 billion over the next 10 years, and in the following 10 years, an additional approximate $1.2 trillion.
