Here is the Beyonce 60 Minutes video of her interview with CBS News correspondent Steve Kroft on Jan. 31, 2010. The wide ranging interview and profile in advance of the 2010 Grammy Awards ceremony; she received 10 nominations, including Album of the Year for I Am… Sasha Fierce.
The program revealed a candid behind the scenes look at her extensive touring and rehearsals as well as her upbringing as a music performer for half of her life, and signed her first record deal at age 12. Reflecting upon her success, she said: “I think that I am very fortunate that I’ve had a gradual success. It’s not something that happened in one day.”
