National Geographic DogTown: Sanctuary (Video, Photos)

Here are National Geographic DogTown: Sanctuary video and photos. The new episode will premiere on Fri. Jan. 22, 2010 at 10 pm ET/PT on NatGeo channel.

The new episode will chronicle the story of Shaggy, a mixed-breed feral dog, who had survived in the wild near the Grand Canyon and possibly never had contact with humans. After six years in the wilderness, Sherry Woodard helps Shaggy learn to trust and interact with humans. Also profiled, Dr. Mike and his wife who John Garcia to help them with their mischievous beagle mix, named Penny, whose aggressive and uncontrollable behavior must be corrected before she causes more damage in their home. Additionally, Reggie, an elkhound mix, is given to DogTown when the family is no longer able to afford veterinary care, and he is treated for a mysterious disease.
