Here is the Adam Lambert CBS Early Show Video of his Nov. 25. 2009 appearance on the show, after his Good Morning American performance was canceled in the aftermath of his AMA performance. He performed two tracks from the new album, Whataya Want from Me and Music Again from his newly released debut album, For Your Entertainment.

In addition to talking questions from fans during an “Ask It Early” segment, his mother joined him onstage after his performance. She said of his AMA performance, his mother said, “You know I as a little taken aback but I went with the flow. It was good.”

Regarding his album and collaborations with top producers and songwriters, (who include Ryan Teddar, Max Martin, Kara DioGuardio, Pink and Lady GaGa, among others), he said, “A lot of people came in as writers and I cowrote with them. I’m so lucky and flattered that they wanted to be part of my project.” He went on to note the “huge variety” on the album, with the title track being “about dancing and picking up people and being sexy.”

In response to an observation of the demographics of Adam Lambert’s fan base, his mother said, “He inspires so many people. I hear that all the time. That’s the best part. The inspiration he brings to people.”
