Here are Lady GaGa Speechless video, lyrics and photos. She debuted the song on Nov. 14, 2009 at the MOCA party, a gala celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. It is from her highly anticipated album, The Fame Monster, out on Nov. 23. More pictures below. Check back for the official music video which will be posted when it is available.

In an interview with MTV News she is quoted as saying of the new song, which she wrote for her father whom she revealed has a heart condition:

I’ve known about my father’s condition for about 15 years. He told me whatever happens, happens,” she said. “I was getting ready to lose my dad and I wrote this song.”

“[It] was this plea to my father [to get open heart surgery]. I sent it to him. I have a lot of fans who are really lovely, young, troubled fans, but I want to remind them that you only get one set of parents.”
