Here is the Janet Jackson Flash Mob video and photos from Nov. 14, 2009 in Los Angeles, at The Grove, in support of the forthcoming release of her compilation album, Number Ones on Nov. 17, her second greatest hits album. Fans gathered for a tribute and performed several of her signature hits including Rhythm Nation, If, and Miss You Much. The music superstar herself was present, observing from the balcony as seen in the picture above.
Her first greatest hits album ‘Design of a Decade: 1986-1996.’ The forthcoming album consists of 2-CDs with 34 tracks, including Scream, which she recorded with Michael Jackson as well as the new song Make Me, which pays homage to MJ in referencing one of his hit singles, “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough.” . Additional guest appearances include Busta Rhymes, Luther Vandross, BBD, Ralph Tresvant, Q-Tip, Nelly, Herb Alpert and Joni Mitchell.
