Here is the full Rihanna Alexa Chung video of her interview on the MTV show on Nov. 9, 2009. She discussed a range of topics, including her recent interview with Diane Sawyer on ABC 20/20 in promotion of her forthcoming studio album Rated R.

She told the host she gave the interview on 20/20

“to give insight to people who have been through what I have. [The fan response has been] insane, and for a little statistic there’s the domestic violence hotline, and the calls have been up 59 percent. It’s also helping save lives.”
