Here is the First Lady Michelle Obama Sesame Street video of her appearance on the show on Nov. 10, 2009 in commemoration of the PBS series’ 40th anniversary.

She appears in a segment with Elmo, Big Bird and a few children and demonstrates how to plant vegetable garden seeds.

The iconic children’s television show was first broadcast on Nov. 10, 1969 and has had enduring popularity.
