Michael Jackson DWTS Tribute Video 10-20-09

Here is the Michael Jackson DWTS Tribute video from Oct. 20, 2009. All sixteen of the professional dancers on the ABC TV reality show took part in a special tribute to the King of Pop. See the full video here.

Among the choreographers was Cheryl Burke who had been former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay’s dancing partner in the current series. She told MTV News in an interview of the significance to her personally of Michael Jackson:

“He was a huge influence for me in my dancing career,” she said on the red carpet of last night’s Los Premios MTV awards show. “I think a lot of us professional dancers can say the same. So we’re really excited about it.”

LaToya Jackson introduced the tribute, which featured the dancers performing to signature hits: I Want You Back, Man in the Mirror, and the iconic zombie dance from Thriller.
