Susan Boyle I Dreamed a Dream Track-List

Here is the Susan Boyle I Dreamed a Dream track-list of her highly anticipated debut album, released on Nov. 24, 2009. In addition to the lead single, Wild Horses, a cover of the Rolling Stones’ classic, the album includes a variety of songs from Broadway to sacred music to a Christmas carol (Silent Night) along with signature songs of Madonna and the Monkees. The album famously soared to the top of the Amazon Top Sellers list soon after it was available, and it has remained generally in the top 10 thereafter and its mix of songs was the subject of intense speculation, [notably the Times Online Wild Horses couldn’t drag them away from Susan Boyle, superstar]

People magazine quotes a statement from the singer herself regarding the long anticipated album.

“It was my greatest ambition to release an album and I have finally achieved it. This amazing journey has helped me find my own identity and fulfill my wish. There is happiness out there for everyone who dares to dream.”

In an interview with RadarOnline.com her brother Gerry Boyle discussed the album. Noting that the title track is her favorite on the album as well as his, he went on to say:

“Cry Me A River is another strong song on the album and she originally recorded that at Heartbeat Studios in Scotland many years ago.

“The former manager of The Bay City Rollers David Valentine gave Susan her first break and the technicians at Heartbeat Studios all said that they were ‘blown away’ with Susan’s performance back then.
