The legendary producer and songwriter hits the road with his David Foster and Friends tour 2009; dates and more information below on the highly anticipated concerts in the U.S. and Canada which will feature a variety of music artists and surprise guests. Among them, noted pop and R&B singer Charice Pempengco from the Philippines, who first gained international fame through YouTube videos and appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show. She is pictured above with Foster. Additional music artists will include Philip Bailey of Earth, Wind and Fire, Peter Cetera of Chicago and American Idol Michael Johns.
The 15-time Grammy Award winning producer has worked with the likes of Barbra Streisand, Josh Groban, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Chicago, Seal and many others. He revealed in an exclusive video interview with PopEater that two music artists whom he would like to work with and has not as of yet are Stevie Wonder and Sting. He additionally reveals details on the special talent search that accompanies the tour, enabling aspiring artists in each city to take part in the concert when it reaches their city.
