Here is the Paramore Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien video of the rock band’s September 28, 2009 performance of Ignorance in support of their newly released third studio album Brand New Eyes.
The highly anticipated album is the band’s first since their platinum selling sophomore album, released in 2007. The band is from Tennessee and comprised of frontwoman Hayley Williams along with brothers Josh Farro and Zac Farro, Jeremy Davis and Taylor York.
Paramore recently appeared on MTV Unplugged, on Sept. 28 with filming taking place in Franklin, Tennessee at a local hangout, and receiving coverage in the local newspaper [Paramore introduces MTV to Puckett's restaurant].
In an interview, Hayley Williams discussed the new album with MTV News.
“There’s a lot of stuff on the new album that’s quieter, and we’d like to think we’ve grown a bit, so we wanted a place to show that new side of us off,” “And so this was really awesome. It felt like we were doing an in-store performance, a real intimate one, and not a TV show or something.”
