Here is the official Mr. Hudson White Lies video and lyrics in support of the second official single from his forthcoming sophomore studio album Straight No Chaser set for release on December 1, 2009 on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music/Mercury Records label.

Mr. Hudson, a singer-songwriter from Birmingham, England, has had recent rise in notoriety which began with his single, Supernova, which features Kanye West, and is the lead single of his forthcoming album. He is additionally known for two recent guest appearances; on the single Paranoid from West’s 808s & Heartbreak album as well as on the ‘Young Forever’ track on the newly released Jay-Z Blueprint 3 album.

In an interview with Neon Limelight, he discussed his forthcoming album, and his dedication to put forth quality music, “as great as the artists who paved the way.” He is quoted as saying:

“You know how people are like ‘Oh no, someone is putting an album out the same week as us,’” he said. “It’s like, you know there are already a ton of great albums that are already out in the stores that you’re up against.”

“They get excited like ‘oh Asher Roth and Kid Cudi are out the same week’ — it’s like no, you’re up against Biggie Smalls. You’re up against Rakim. You’re up against Michael Jackson. That, for me, is the competition. David Bowie and the Beatles.”
