“Being plucked from obscurity is a bit like going on a long journey, really; you don’t know what’s going to happen. You don’t know how it’s going to end….I don’t want it to end. It’s just really good.”

As is well known the Scottish singer went from obscurity to global stardom as the YouTube video of her Britain’s Got Talent audition went viral, become one of the most viewed viral videos in history. The singer’s triumphant story of winning over cynical audience and judges, Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden with an impressive and gorgeous of I Dreamed a Dream. In an interview with Extra, Simon Cowell, discussed the Susan Boyle album forthcoming in fall 2009.

“We’re not going to throw out some souvenir album of show tunes. We went through about 350 to 400 songs to choose from. She was blown away by some of the song choices and she’s going to surprise a lot of people with this record,” touted Simon.
