Here are the Susan Boyle Dublin Video and photos of the internationally famous Scottish singer who performed at O2 Arena in Dublin, Ireland on June 30, 2009 in the Britain’s Got Talent tour.
The 48-year-old singing sensation and BGT finalist from Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland was met by cheering applause and a standing ovation from the enthusiastic audience present to hear her perform the signature songs which have made her globally famous — ‘Memory’ from the musical Cats and ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ from the musical Les Miserables- in Dublin O2 Arena (formerly known variously as Point Depot and Point Theatre).
The local newspaper reported on the performance you can see in the Susan Boyle O2 Dublin Video, describing the enthusiastic crowds and quoting the singer’s spokeswoman.
“Susan has missed some shows on the tour, but is delighted to be in Ireland.”

The Dublin appearance is her first in Ireland on the BGT tour. The singer’s parents were originally from Donegal in Ireland.
The Britain’s Got Talent Tour will soon wrap and for the singer who rose to meteoric rise to international recognition there is talk of recording an album. It has been only been since April 2009 that the singer fulfilled a lifelong dream in embarking upon a professional singing career. Famously stating her ambition to emulate the success of West End ion Elaine Paige, during her Britain’s Got Talent audition and famously being seen mesmerizing audiences and judges who had been contemptuous of her. Her BGT audition rendition of “I Dreamed a Dreamed’ became a viral video hit, one of the most viewed videos in YouTube video history. The Britain’s Got Talent Tour includes appearances from all BGT finalists: Diversity dance troupe (BGT 2009 winners), third place finalist Julian Smith, Shaheen Jafargholi, Aidan Davis, Stavros Flatley, Hollie Steel, Shaun Smith, Flawless, 2 Grand as well as last year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner, dancer George Sampson and the popular DJ Talent.
Susan Boyle performances throughout the tour have been noteworthy, with nearly all of them quickly uploaded to YouTube giving the rest of the world a chance to witness live performances in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Glasgow and Wembley Arena, with prior performances in Newcastle and Edinburgh and Sheffield.

From NL, Canada. Susan’s rendering of “Memory” was phenomenal!! I do feel she shouldn’t be attempting to sing both songs in one show. Can’t wait for her CD! She may have been partially inspired by Elaine Paige, but she has far eclipsed her!! Ms. Paige does not have the range and elegance and presence of this lady. There is angelic beauty combined with strength and pure melodiousness in her voice that is rare. Not strident, just pure, unadulterated, sheer beauty.
