Michael Jackson Thriller was not only his best selling album, it was the best selling album in music history, certified 28 times platinum by the RIAA and won eight Grammy Awards. Its title track was immortalized in the groundbreaking Thriller video directed by John Landis. The legendary singer The King of Pop was twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and sold than 750 million singles and albums worldwide throughout his forty year career. The tragic death comes just days before the start of his comeback tour, the 50-concert residency at London 02 Arena titled This Is It.
