Here is the Susan Boyle Wembley video and photos of the singer’s performance on June 21, 2009 in the BGT tour in London. The singer took a hiatus after stellar performances Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland and returned to the tour at Wembley Arena where she delivered yet another standout performance.

The Susan Boyle Wembley Arena performance was of her two signature songs that have made her famous,‘I Dreamed A Dream’ from the musical Les Miserables and Memory from the musical Cats.

The Scottish singer defies categorization and expectation, and prevails despite sometimes negative media coverage and rampant speculation. She demonstrates that whether or not she honors all BGT tour dates she is resilient in pursuing her music career.

Her unprecedented rise to global fame in such a short time, fueled by the viral video of her original April 2009 BGT audition before skeptical judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden and audience and has since become a global star. **UK PAPERS OUT** Susan Boyle heads away from her luxury Edinburgh hotel to head to Newcastle for the next leg of the Britains Got Talent tour

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Simon Cowell talked about the singer and her rise to fame via Britain’s Got Talent admitting that the situation with the singer had not been handled as well as it could have been, saying: ‘Yet, to be honest, I don’t know that I could have done it any differently.’ He went on to reflect upon her initial audition.

[He] “thought she had come over well, but not sensationally. I certainly didn’t think, ‘here comes a phenomenon who is going to become the most famous woman in the world, I wonder if she can mentally cope with it?’

“I thought she looked a bit eccentric and certainly a character, but that was all.

“Then, several weeks later, after Susan had become a global sensation, we were on a satellite link to the Oprah show together.”

The Britain’s Got Talent Tour includes appearances from all BGT finalists: Winners Diversity dance troupe, third place finalist Julian Smith, Shaheen Jafargholi, Aidan Davis, Stavros Flatley, Hollie Steel, Shaun Smith, Flawless, 2 Grand as well as last year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner, dancer George Sampson.

The Susan Boyle performances in Birmingham, Sheffield, Newcastle and Edinburgh drew a standing ovation from an enthusiastic audience according to the Birmingham Mail and the Scotsman: Standing ovation for Susan Boyle, but she needs to take breaks
