The Susan Boyle Edinburgh performance was of her dual BGT songs, Memory from Cats, and ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ from Les Miserables.

Scotsman.com interviewed the singer’s brother Gerry Boyle who confirmed the singer has recovered.

“She sounds fine and happy. She’s like a kid in a sweetie shop. She’s really looking forward to singing in her home territory.

“She was very keen to get back to performing. It’s just about pacing it and giving her a rest when she needs it.

“This is what she always wanted to do. She loves entertaining the public. She is very keen to get on with her recording career afterwards.

The Britain’s Got Talent Tour includes appearances from all BGT finalists: Diversity dance troupe (the 2009 winners), Julian Smith (third place finisher), Shaheen Jafargholi, Aidan Davis, Stavros Flatley, Hollie Steel, Shaun Smith, Flawless, 2 Grand as well as last year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner, dancer George Sampson. The Susan Boyle performances in on Birmingham and Sheffield drew a standing ovation from an enthusiastic audience according to the Birmingham Mail.
