The video is in support of the Jamaican reggae-pop star’s single which is also known as Fire Burning on the Dance Floor. The music video was directed by Gil Green and features a cameo appearances from Rick Ross.
The popular electro-pop dance single peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100.
It is the official lead single from his forthcoming sophomore studio album “Tomorrow” set for release on August 25, 2009. Fire Burning lyrics and music are credited to Kisean Anderson and Bilal Hajji, along with RedOne who also produced the single.
AceShowBiz.com, notes that there are numerous unconfirmed guest appearances on the Tomorrow album which include Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Gwen Stefani, T-Pain, Akon, Timbaland and Lady GaGa. Sean Kingston is quoted as saying:
. “I really feel that the album has branded me as a career artist. I wrote everything in the album and worked a long time for it. Many artists are involved in this album, I have TK, Rihanna and everyone, so it will be great,” he said.
