The hip hop group Black Eyed Peas is a quartet comprised of frontman Will.i.am, along with Fergie, who recently returned to the group after a four-year pursuit of a solo career; the other group members are Apl.de.ap and Taboo.
The group has had a resurgence of popularity in anticipation of their fifth studio album ‘The E.N.D.’ (The Energy Never Dies), set for release June 9, 2009. The lead single, Boom Boom Pow, single debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 100; the group’s first single to top the chart.
According to The Daily Star rapper Flo Rida, whose single Right Round has topped the charts worldwide, is set to collaborate with Black Eyed Peas on a remix of Boom Boom Pow.
“I’m looking forward to it. I’m going to give it 200% and I will most definitely be adding my vocals to that track.”
