See video and photos of the ten-time Grammy winning music superstar who made a memorable appearance on Late Show with David Letterman on April 22, 2009 in a lively interview and a live performance of Halo, a single from her third studio album, I Am…Sasha Fierce.

In the interview she discussed the both the forthcoming movie Obsessed in which she costars with Idris Elba and Ali Larter (her first non-singing role) as well as her world tour. Obsessed opens in theaters in the U.S. on April 24, 2009.

In the majority of the Beyonce Letterman interview she discussed the forthcoming Beyonce World Tour, known as the Beyonce I Am….Tour which will run for the next seven months. The tour kicks off in Europe, kicking off in Croatia (where Beyonce says she has never performed before) and later stops in North America, kicking off in Madison Square Garden, New York City. She talked about enjoying the intensity of touring as well as the time she takes off in between tour dates to relax at home.

Beyonce said she considers singing at the Obama Inaugural Ball the highpoint of her career as she reminisced about the night she sang the Etta James signature song At Last at the Neighborhood Ball for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama’s first dance.
