Here is the official Ne-Yo Part of the List video and lyrics. Watch the video, and see lyrics and Ne-Yo promo photos here. It is the fourth single from the three-time Grammy Award winning R&B singer-songwriter’s platinum selling third studio album ‘Year of the Gentleman.’ The highly successful and critically acclaimed album earned him six 2009 Grammy Award nominations including Album of the Year and it was ranked at No. 33 on the Rolling Stone 50 Best albums of 2008.

The song was written by the singer-songwriter himself, as were all of the tracks on the album; the track was produced by Chuck Harmony.

TAJ of the Popular Kid directed the video. It was shot on location in Prague in the Czech Republic in March 2009. He was in Prague at the time for on location filming of the World War II era movie ‘Red Tails’ about the legendary about the Tuskegee Airmen. He co-stars alongside Terrence Howard, Cuba Gooding Jr. and fellow R&B singer-songwriter Jazmine Sullivan. The music video is a prequel to the Ne-Yo ‘Mad’ video which begins with the singer receiving an email that precipitates a lover’s quarrel. In the Ne-Yo Part Of The List video, he meets up by chance with an ex-girlfriend (portrayed by Bre Joyner) in a record shop in Prague. The couple find they are still drawn to each other and renew their romance.

In the works for the singer-songwriter is a new movie, ‘Venice Beach,’ which he will executive produce, star in and write the soundtrack. He will also be touring in the UK, starting on July 11, 2009 at 02 Arena in London. (Source: Ne-Yo flying high, set to go higher)
