T.I. performed in Tampa, Florida on February 28, 2009 as part of his Live Your Life Farewell Tour.  See video and photos here. The concert also featured performances from Military and Busta Rhymes. Due to illness, R&B singer-songwriter Keri Hilson was unable to perform.

The Grammy Award winning rapper has embarked on a month long tour before he begins serving a one-year prison sentence for a 2007 a firearms possession conviction when he attempted to buy weapons from an undercover Federal agent. Additionally, his MTV reality series ‘T.I.’s Road to Redemption’ is coming to conclusion.

In a recent interview, he discussed his upcoming prison term.

“I’m eager to put this all behind and move on with my life.”

“No mistake is too great to overcome,” T.I. said. “No matter how many times people count you out, as long as you willing to accept responsibility for what you did and find the message in your mistake, you can move forward.”
