Here is the official music video for the Kanye West single, “Welcome to Heartbreak” featuring Kid Cudi. See the video, lyrics and recent photos here. The single is from the ten-time Grammy Award winner’s third studio album, 808s & Heartbreak, in stores now. It’s his third album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and his fourth platinum album.
Kanye West says, via his blog, that this is not the next official single from the album; “Amazing” will be the next single and that this music video, directed by Nabil Elderkin and has been released now because “another video out there using the same technique.” Prefix Mag identifies that other video as one for Chairlift’s “Evident Utensil”.
The single is produced by Kanye West, Jeff Bhasker, and Plain Pat; all share songwriting credit along with Kid Cudi who is a featured vocalist.
