President Barack Obama was sworn into office for a second time on January 21, 2009. See the photo of the second swearing in, along with photos and video of Obama’s first day as President. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. administered the oath of office to President Barack Obama a second time in the Map Room with several of his closest aids, a few reporters from various news organizations and White House photographer Pete Souza present.
The unprecedented second oath was administered without a Bible and was to make up for the now infamous flubbing of the oath of office the first time around. As video shows, Justice Roberts relying on memory transposed the word “faithfully” in the 35 word oath causing an awkward stumbling as Obama, at first attempted to say the oath correctly. Roberts said, “That I will execute the office of president to the United States faithfully,” when it should have been “That I will faithfully execute the office of president to the United States . For their do-over, the two men convened in the White House Map Room at 7:35 p.m. for a brief proceeding that was not announced until it was completed successfully.
“Are you ready to take the oath?” Chief Justice Roberts said.
“I am,” Mr. Obama replied. “And we’re going to do it very slowly.” [...]
At a luncheon after the first swearing-in on Tuesday, Chief Justice Roberts could be seen on camera telling the president that the mistake was “my fault.” So he agreed to travel to the White House — he took along his black robe — for Take 2.

The presidential oath is explicitly prescribed in the Constitution, Article II, Section 1, which requires that the oath be taken as written before the president can execute his duties. It was discussed at some length at the constitutional convention and has been taken by all 42 previous people to serve as president. Scholars said that no one doubted Obama was president, and certainly no court would hear a challenge, but that a redo would be recommended just to be safe.

The 20th Amendment also states that the term of the outgoing president ends at noon on Jan. 20, and the new president’s term begins at that time, but the fact that the original Constitution explicitly requires the oath, and the fact that retaking it would be a simple matter, led most scholars to recommend erring on the side of caution, precedent and protocol.
Two previous presidents, Chester Arthur and Calvin Coolidge, retook their oaths under similar circumstances.
Earlier that day, Vice President Joe Biden had joked about Roberts’ error, saying, “My memory is not as good as Justice Roberts,” right before he administered the oath to White House staffers Wednesday afternoon. Obama, who stood by his side, was clearly not amused. You can see the Biden video on YouTube.

Now that this African-Arabian terrorist agent has had an American Presidency literally given to him through a fraudulent election, with fraudulent votes registered to fraudulent identities so the Africans could get their man into The White House to effectively kill America and subjugate it and murder it into history, now what? We wait for The Americans to kill this alien enemy beast in a spectacular fashion the way The Americans inevitably always do. And as payback for the war Obamas filthy race gave Americans with their 9/11 attack on American soil and the degradation, humiliation, embarrassment and shame they have brought to The American People and The American Nation.
