Here is the official album cover art and tracklisting for Britney Spears’ highly anticipated sixth studio album, Circus, which will be released on December 2, 2008.  The pop superstar’s official Web site revealed this latest news, along with official word that the album’s second single will be “Circus.”  

We’re told the song is an up-tempo track and was produced by Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco. Britney’s up tempo tracks are my fave!

The album’s lead single, “Womanizer” recently a record-breaking leap on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart, leaping from No. 96 to No. 1, breaking T.I.’s previous record; his single “Live Your Life” featuring Rihanna had leaped from No. 80 to No. 1 a few weeks ago, in mid-October 2008. Britney Spears will perform live on ABC Good Morning America on December 2, 2008 to celebrate both the album’s release and her 27th birthday. Here is the ABC promo video for her appearance, which will be her first live performance since 2007.
