As we endure the wearying, mudslinging final days of Election 2008, this is a refreshing and enjoyable video of 5th grade reporter, Damon Weaver, covering Democratic VP candidate Senator Joe Biden’s rally in Palm Beach County Florida on Sept. 2, 2008.   The accomplished and appealing young reporter lands an interview with Biden and asks him, “What a does a VP do?”

Weaver’s school, KEC/Canal Point Elementary, has its own TV news channel and produces The KEC News Report, an award winning television news program that is broadcast to its 550 students and via their YouTube channel, CanalPointKECTV.
