Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Alicia Keys , along with Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah, and Sophie Okonedo, co-stars in the upcoming movie, The Secret Life of Bees were guests on The Oprah Winfrey Show on October 2, 2008. Alicia Keys performed her hit single, “Superwoman” live on the program. It’s the fourth single from Alicia Keys multi-platinum third studio album, As I Am, in stores now.

The Secret Life of Bees will be released in theaters on October 17, 2008.  The movie also stars Dakota Fanning and Paul Bettany. The movie was directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood.  Jada Pinkett Smith  is the executive producer and her husband Will Smith produced the movie.
