The New York premiere of Lakeview Terrace took place on September 15, 2008 at the AMC Lincoln Square, in New York City.  Attending were the movie’s stars, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington, Patrick Wilson, and Caleb Pinkett, brother of Jada Pinkett Smith, who also attended with husband, Will Smith, who was one of the movie’s producers.

Lakeview Terrace, which opens in theaters on September 19, 2008,  chronicles the lives of an interracial couple, portrayed by Kerry Washington and Patrick Wilson who move into a new house in California, next door to an LAPD cop, portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson, who disapproves of their interracial relationship.  The movie was directed by Neil LaBute and written by David Loughery and Howard Korder.
