Here is the official music video of  Grammy Award winning Chicago rapper Common’s single “Announcement” featuring Pharrell. “Announcement” was produced by The Neptunes and is the second single from Common’s eighth studio album Universal Mind Control (formerly titled Invincible Summer), set for release on December 9, 2008.
